At what stage of the project should I contact The Nex Solutions?
Ideally at the start, but we can support projects at any stage.
How long does production and installation take?
Timelines vary by site, but most projects require 14–16 weeks from order to installation.

Do you offer maintenance services?

Can I choose custom colors for the roofs as well as add my logo?
We have different fabric materials that we can use that allow for a variety of color choices. However, we suggest using our Elite fabric which offers the highest level of quality and weather resistance. While the Elite fabric is only available in white any color lettering, logos and/or images can be added to it.
